| Terms & Conditions 1. Delivery Term
- For Export : FOB Bangkok (packing and transportation cost to Bangkok Port included)
- For Local : Ex-factory (packing included but transportation cost charged separately).
- If the agreed delivery date can not be arranged within 90 days after our shipment notification, regardless of the cause(s), all the finished merchandise as well as the paid deposit amount will be forfeited and sold to the next interested party and/or parties without notice.
2. Minimum Order
- USD 5,000.- Per shipment.
- Any purchase less than USD 5,000.- will be charged with an additional of USD 100.-
- In case of consolidated shipment, and/or a third party becomes shipper/exporter rather than Exim Deccorner, all invoices will be charges with 7% of VAT tax.
3. Payment Term
- Irrevocable 100% full payment letter of credit (L/C) at sight prior to production.
- T/T payment, 50% advance payment with order confirmation, 50% balance 15 days before shipment.

- Charged as per FOB price (transportation cost not included)

6. All offered items are artistic handmade, please allow minor shortcomings and/or 20% variation in all aspect.
7. A return countersigned copy of our proforma invoice that the specification terms and conditions are fully observed is needed to activate your account with us and to release production.
